Dayna J. Lefebvre joined Becker, Hickey & Poster, S.C. in June 2013 and became a shareholder in January 2018. She focuses her practice in the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning, Estate Planning, Guardianships, and Probate and Trust Administration. 

Dayna received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Operations & Supply Chain Management from Marquette University in 2011 (cum laude), and she received her J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2013 (cum laude).

Dayna was named a Rising Star by Wisconsin Super Lawyers in 2016 and 2017. She is Co-Chair of the Milwaukee Bar Association Elder Law Section and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Waukesha Bar Association, and the Association for Women Lawyers.

Dayna speaks regularly on the topics of Medicaid, special needs planning, and elder law. She is an editor of the Medicaid chapter of "Advising Older Clients and Their Families," which is published by the State Bar of Wisconsin and has been published in the Elder Law Journal. Dayna also volunteers with the Wills for Heroes, Wills for Veterans, and Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic programs.
